How To Start Keto?

Many people actually believe they cannot afford to eat healthier. Do you realize that the worst time to start a lifestyle change is actually the best time? I can remember most of these excuses as I have probably said them all myself when I was 65lbs. heavier.

Believing that you must hold off until you have more time or when you’re in a better position to focus on a new weight loss plan, is a really BIG missed opportunity. So, I would like to simplify this as much as I can for you. If you want to start the Ketogenic Diet you simply “Must Start”. That’s exactly right, you want to get out of your head and just start.

I have put together 3 simple ways that will help you start your plan so you can be successful.

1) Do Your Research. You want to know what foods you want to eat and avoid on the Ketogenic Diet. Doing this will save you a lot of frustration when transitioning. Finding a good health coach is probably one of the best things to do to help you transition. Having a coach will guide you to success and help you avoid any downfalls, and encourage you when you’re unsure of what you are doing. A Keto Coach will be that person who can help keep you on track and help you stay accountable.

2) Join a Support Group. There are tons of support groups on social media. Get connected. You will be able to learn new recipes, meet new friends, and share your journey with others.

3) Keep Going. One of the most important rules of any lifestyle change is ” Trial and Error”. Everyone’s journey is different and how you will be successful will determine your consistency and discipline. When you fall you just get back up, dust yourself off and get back in the race. Just remember it is YOUR journey, not your family OR friends. And just know that when you allow yourself to fall in love with the process, the results will come.
